Here is a snippet from a regular log ( 1.4.2 though for 3.5.0 ), it passes a wotreplay on to the worldoftanks executable but ignore that is the same logic\output should show when starting and playing normally.

I tried to start Xvm without a running Firewall, because i think xvm-application has all rights to work, but i didnt worked. :/
Any other suggestions or where do i give xvm the rights to work correctly? I have Win 7 64Bit.

I would just reinstall WoT outside of Program Files to avoid any and all issues with access / user rights. You didn't even come as far but I would expect problems with dokan as well though off course I might be wrong.
